Ryan Seacrest Likes To Keep Busy

Ryan Seacrest is a true multitask personality. The new host of the Live with Kelly and Ryan show packed up his bags and left Los Angeles to host this brand new show. He also keeps busy with his On Air with Ryan show. Certainly, his plate is full, but he still has time to work with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that provides guidance to young people. Recently, he started his own skin care line and clothing line. Many wonder how he manages to have time for all those projects.

Ryan Seacrest’s Daily Routine

Ryan Seacrest likes to rise with the sun. Actually, he rises at about 6 o’clock in the morning. He showers and moisturizes his skin. Next, he reads through his favorite newspaper. Afterwards, it’s time to exercise. He dresses in his favorite sweats and hits the stairs to go to his gym for a workout. Working out is very important to Ryan Seacrest. He is very dedicated to staying in shape and following his workout schedule. This is very apparent because he even invited his personal trainer along on a trip to the Bahamas that was for the Live with Kelly and Ryan show. Ryan Seacrest has also added boxing to his workout regimen. He also likes to run and get on the treadmill for a workout.

Ryan Seacrest At Work

Ryan has another routine for work. He likes to commute to work in a car. Ryan Seacrest admits that he had to learn a bit of self discipline. After all, he is only one man and cannot do everything. Now, he has learned to organize his time. Ryan Seacrest knows that most people love a Yes man, but he is not a Yes man. Early on, he learned that people do not necessarily want to hear yes. Vegan Meals

Ryan Seacrest is a man that loves good food and eats mostly vegan. He really enjoys sitting down and enjoying a good meal with friends. However, his workout routine is important to keep him in shape and make sure that he continues to enjoy those good meals without gaining weight.
